Funding Options
Your Funding Options
To help as much as we can, Ayes Health has a range of payment methods available, depending on your circumstances and diagnosis.
Private Health Insurance
Ayes Health is a registered provider with most private health insurance funds. If you are unsure if you are covered, please contact your insurance company for details. We have a HICAPS terminal at the clinic for easy on the spot claiming from your health fund so you only need to pay the gap.
Medicare
Chronic Disease Management – previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan. If your child has a chronic medical condition, you may be able to get Medicare benefits to cover allied health services that help manage their condition.
Your GP will be able to determine if your child is eligible to claim rebates under this program and will provide you with the relevant documentation to bring to your appointment with us.
This program enables you to receive a partial rebate for up to five sessions over a calendar year.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The NDIS is a national scheme that funds reasonable and necessary support to help people with a disability reach goals throughout life. It also supports carers of people with a disability.
The NDIS works with people individually and recognises that people have different needs and goals. It gives people choice about the support they need to live the life they want.
If your child has a significant and permanent disability or developmental delay, the NDIS helps you and your child get services and support in your community.
It also gives you funding for support like early intervention therapies or one-off items like wheelchairs or communication devices.

We are not a registered provider under the NDIS, which means that we can service you or your child if you are self-managed or plan managed, we are able to provide therapy using funds from this scheme.
All children must have an active service agreement with Ayes Health in order to use our services under the NDIS.
